Verifying Documents with Certifyr

Certifyr helps institutions and recipients ensure that official documents are real, unedited, and traceable.

🔍 How It Works:

• Every document generated in Certifyr comes with a unique QR code at the bottom of the document.

• When scanned a modal page pops up with the unique verification hash. If verified it will display a verified pop up and will show the type of document it is, who it’s for, and its validity period.

  • The document was issued by a verified institution.

  • The details haven’t been tampered with.

  • The document is still valid and hasn’t been revoked.

• Reduces risk of fake certificates or manipulated PDFs.

• Helps embassies, employers, and verifiers trust digital versions instantly.

If you’re an admin, you don’t need to configure anything — Certifyr adds verification details automatically to all published templates.
